What is The Data Observatory?

An Observatory is defined as "a room or building housing an astronomical telescope or other scientific equipment for the study of natural phenomena."

Here at the Data Observatory, we are a newsletter observing and studying the natural phenomena of Alternative Data. We will discuss various topics about the Alt Data industry, its trajectory, shortcomings, etc. We will also attempt to educate those new to the Alternative Data space, provide some context, and help expand the industry's reach.
